Everything you want to know

A closer look at what Sculptics is, how it works, and why it fits so easily into your day.

1What it is

Power That Fits in Your Hand

The Sculptics Gyro Ball is a compact wrist strengthener designed to train your grip, wrist and forearm through smooth rotational resistance. Use it at home, at the gym or during a quick break—without bulky training equipment.

  • Grip Strength
  • Wrist Control
  • Forearm Training
Power That Fits in Your Hand
2How it works

The Faster You Spin, the More It Challenges You

Start the inner rotor by hand, hold the ball securely and guide your wrist in a smooth circular motion. As the rotor gains speed, the resistance becomes more challenging, allowing you to adjust the intensity naturally.

The three colour indicators help you recognise different training levels as you progress.

  • Level One
  • Level Two

3What It Targets

Built for the Muscles That Power Your Grip

The continuous circular movement engages key areas across the forearm, including the flexor muscle group, brachioradialis muscle and extensor muscle group.

It also challenges grip control, wrist stability and coordinated forearm movement during every rotation.

  • Dynamic Forearm Muscle Activation

4How to Use It

Start, Spin and Stay in Control

Secure the safety strap around your wrist and start the inner rotor using your hand. Hold the ball firmly, then rotate your wrist in small, controlled circles to maintain its motion.

Begin with a short session of around one minute. Switch directions and gradually increase the duration as your control improves.

  • Wipe clean after use and store in a cool, dry place.
